FOOD & BEVERAGE APPRENTICE
Luton Hoo Hotel Golf & Spa have an exciting opportunity to complete a Food & Beverage Apprenticeship in a luxury hospitality environment.
The Food & Beverage Apprentice Role:
As Food & Beverage Apprentice you will report to the Restaurant, Lounge & Bar Managers and will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of the Restaurant/Bar/Lounge and equipment prior to service. You will be working as part of our Food & Beverage teams and will be professional, courteous and welcoming at all times. You will ensure that our restaurant & bar areas consistently operate to a high standard and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for our guests. You ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.

Working hours & apprenticeship details:
You will be completing an intermediate level apprenticeship and gain the qualification of 'Hospitality Team Member'. The apprenticeship will be delivered on-the-job and will also require self-study. The expected duration of the apprenticeship is 18 months. The working week (Monday-Sunday) will consist of 35 hours over 5 working days with 2 days off per week. Shift patterns and rest days will vary from week to week. A competitive apprenticeship salary will be paid to the successful candidate.

Future Prospects
Progression within one of our Food & Beverage departments; i.e. supervisor, team leader, junior head waiter or progression to a further apprenticeship i.e. Hospitality Supervisor
