The Royal Bath Hotel & Spa is a 207 bedroom-hotel that boasts 2 late-night bars at the hotel - The Lounge Bar and Wilde's Whisky Snug. Both supply local ales and ciders for guests to enjoy, alongside a collection of wines and cocktails. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Bar Supervisor who wants to move forward in career.
You will be required to ensure the highest standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will recruit, train and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements. You will also ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
