We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

About you

​Working closely with the team in a high volume, fast paced, busy, buzzing, customer focused environment you will:

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and pride of work in an exciting and highly dynamic team environment
• Be a Bistrot Pierre ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and always working with our guests' memorable experience in mind
• Be ambitious, keen to learn and proactive in seeking out opportunities for personal development
• Be proud of our fresh food products and make health and safety and food hygiene standards the priority
• Operate all cleaning equipment according to the correct procedures
• Utilise at all times HACCP procedures for sanitation, cleanliness and food safety
• Clean work stations and set up workstations after meal preparation, following HACCP cleaning procedures for work surfaces, all related equipment and utensils
• Support your colleagues in all areas of the kitchen team’s responsibilities, ensuring good teamwork and a “joined up approach” always prevails
• Assist the chef team by learning and working in other sections of the kitchen when required
• Demonstrate an appreciation for the commercial factors impacted upon, in the course of your day to day tasks and responsibilities
