We are looking for an outstanding Duty Manager to join our team.

About you

​As an inspirational “hands on” manager in charge of a shift in our restaurant, working closely with your General Manager, Management Team and the Head Chef in a high volume, fast paced, busy, buzzing, customer focused environment you will:

  • Take an active role in promoting a positive culture of passion and pride within the team
  • Portray and promote to the team our shared value for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example and always working with our guests' memorable experience in mind
  • Support a culture of recognition and celebration of team success
  • Love being fully “hands on”, serving and hosting customers, ensuring food is cooked, presented and served correctly by the team and always delivered to the agreed company specification and standards​
  • Demonstrate a commercial insight into the business, with a working knowledge of the key challenges concerning people,sales, marketing, cost, profit
  • Think “outside the box” assisting the General Manager in contributing ideas for ways to drive sales and/ or make cost saving efficiencies, and encouraging the team to do the same
  • Inspire and recommend local initiatives, contribute customer and employee feedback, insights and market intelligence to the General Manager which may benefit the profile of the restaurant
  • Contribute to and encourage the highest standards across all areas (food, employee engagement, customer service, financial performance, health and safety)
