Transportation is provided between the Hotel and Aviemore Train Station for shifts (Subject to position).

The Coylumbridge Hotel boasts 175 bedrooms and offers guests the dining selection of an A La Carte Restaurant, a Bistro and an American Diner. The Coylumbridge Hotel is also a popular choice for Conference, Events & Weddings. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar Manager on to the team.

As Bar Manager, you will be required to;

  • Take full responsibility for stock and money on the bars.
  • Recruit, train, develop and manage all bar staff.
  • Ensure all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
  • Effectively control stock movement and all money received.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. You must be able to plan, rota and control wage costs within company guidelines. You must be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build on your experience to assist in the continuing development of the Hotel. Live in accommodation is not available for this position.
