The Boot is a traditional community pub, located at the heart of Soulbury, Leighton Buzzard, that is set to undergo a huge transformation. This is a charming roadside pub that has a warm feel and welcoming atmosphere and is well established for its delicious home cooked food and wide offer of drinks.
The trading area consists of a large open plan space which can cater for up to 100 diners. Soulbury is a pretty little village in Buckinghamshire, full of timber framed cottages and surrounded by beautiful greenery including the famous millennium green. It's located within the town of Leighton Buzzard which is sandwiched between Dunstable and Milton Keynes. The town has good road links to Milton Keynes central via the M1 which also provides easy access between the pub and many nearby attractions including Woburn Zoo, Go Ape, ski centers and also MK dons football stadium, all of which drive footfall into the pub.

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 - 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.
Once you've completed the 5-day induction course we'll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.
