Head Housekeeper - THE PIG at Combe, Devon.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to join our team at one of our stunning properties - THE PIG at Combe.

The role of Head Housekeeper is key to our success. A can-do attitude and not being afraid to ‘muck in’ is essential, whilst most importantly all our senior members of staff must be truly reflective of our brand and able to lead our teams to provide the high levels of service we are known for.

As Head Housekeeper, you will be proactive and hands on, leading your team from the front-line to deliver exceptional levels of standards across all areas of the Hotel.

You will have overall responsibility for the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas. You will proactively manage and inspect the performance of the team, leading by example and providing development opportunities.

As Head Housekeeper you will take responsibility for ensuring the condition of all furnishings, fittings and equipment are in good order liaising with Maintenance as required. You will be responsible for managing all linen, deliveries & stock control.

You will need to be flexible with working hours to include evenings and weekends and not afraid to be hands on as required.

Experience in a similar role is essential.
