Membership Experience Team Member - Shrewsbury

12 hours per week (Maternity Cover)

• Variety of shifts between Mon - Fri 06:00-22:00 and Weekends 08:00 - 20:00.

We are recruiting for a Member Experience Team Member to be at the heart of our club, greeting our members and ensuring they have a great time, every time. You will be driven by service excellence and have the flexibility to work various shifts to cover early starts, late finishes and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Delivering an unforgettable member experience.

- Interacting with our valued members at every touch point of their journey with us.

- Working to various targets including new member sales, NET member growth and member experience.

- Maintaining excellent standards in club cleanliness and safety.

- Taking responsibility for important operational tasks including opening and closing checks, cashing up, maintaining health and safety standards and administering first aid.

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong administrative and computer skills.

- Ability to build rapport with ease.

- Empathetic and caring nature.
