We are currently looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work alongside Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder in delivering exceptional dining experiences of Hartnett Holder & Co, within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.
As a Chef de Partie at Lime Wood you will be hands-on throughout all four areas of the kitchen. You will be required to oversee the performance of our junior kitchen team as well progress with your own personal development.
As Chef de Partie you must be passionate towards working with our daily changing menus and dedicated to handling high quality, locally sourced produce and ingredients picked from our own kitchen garden.
Experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred along with a positive working attitude and commitment to what we do.

Our Chefs love the flexibility of a 3.5 day working week, a rota written 3 months in advance and the advantages of a long weekend off per month!
