True Personal Training is looking for a Manager to join and work closely with our amazing team of trainers and members. Being a manager at True is a fantastic opportunity to learn, shape change and also remain hands on, working closely with members on a day to day basis.

True is a high spec personal training gym based in Wetherby. At True, we pride ourselves on being different. How? Quality, service and knowledge.

We work with a huge range of members and clients from those that have never been to the gym before, through to national level athletes. We provide them with an outstanding service and create an awesome community of trainers and members alike.

What does the role involve? 

The Manager’s role at True is a hybrid hands on and management position. It is your job to manage the day to day running of True and ensure that all of our members are getting everything they need to make genuine progress with their personal journey.

Other duties of the manager include:

  • The running of day to day operations.
  • Managing the member experience from initial enquiry and consultation through to ongoing programming and support.
  • Working closely with and overseeing the Personal Training team.
  • Overseeing all existing systems and processes we have in place.
  • Hands on Personal Training.
  • Maintenance of high standards of training, check-ins and programming.
  • Management of our social media presence with the support of our trainers.

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone who is driven by creating a high quality and personal service, all of the time and passionate about building rapport with a team and members to create a great community. You don't have to have years of management experience, but do need to have an ability to follow processes and oversee prcedures.

Recent experience with the following is essential: 

  • Hands on Personal Training.
  • Experience managing set processes and procedures.
  • Great communicator and ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals.
  • A self-starter and problem solver.
