Fancy running a pub in St Ives?

The Halsetown Inn is a well established community pub that welcomes both locals and tourists through its doors. The pub has a cosy, traditional feel and is made up of an open plan trading area that allows for a nice flow throughout the pub. The bar is front and center, serving both the casual drinking area and the pubs restaurant which is perfect for both intimate dining and for large groups.

The pub has an excellent reputation for its delicious food and drink offering, including Cask Marque accredited ales. The pub benefits from a beer garden in a sheltered courtyard to the rear of the pub that makes this the perfect place to stop off on a sunny day. It also has a large car park with space for as many as 20 cars.

Refurbishment

We are currently working on exciting investment plans for this pub. As well as this there will be a complete external redecoration of the pub prior to a pub launch.

You will also have general pub experience in order to understand what the locals love as well as be able to entice tourists through the door.

Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with a carefully tailored drinks offering in place which you can evolve as you go along.

We'll provide a high level of support giving you access to all the tools you need to make your business a success, from day one, including your own dedicated Operations Manager, access to exceptional training and development opportunities, as well as business planning, operations and accounting expertise for those less-than-glamorous bits of running a business.

Our five-day Punch Progress induction course will ensure you're fully up-to-speed before you get started and from then on we'll provide ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (3,000 or 6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Operations Manager.
