The Red Cat, inCrank is a warm, traditional village pub that sits in a fantastic countryside location on Crank Hill, St Helens. This destination pub would be great for a fresh food operator to establish a pub business within the local area. Divided into four trade areas, the pub benefits from a centralised double-sided bar that serves the entire pub. There is a relaxed lounge area with an open fire and a more private dining area to the rear that can be closed off for private functions (The pub caters for 60 covers overall).
There is a seating area outside the pub that is enclosed by windscreens and roped off from the car park that offers parking for up to 16 cars.
The outside area overlooks the fields of Crank Hill and benefits from an outside bar. The pub also offers live TV sport and WIFI.

Crank is a village not far from Rainford in Merseyside, known for ghosts such as the 'White rabbit of Crank'. The pub sits to the side of the village not far from Crank Nursery. It is easy to access from surrounding areas including Rainford, King's Moss, St Helens and Kirby.Being onCrank Hill, and just five minutes away from the main A580, the pub is easy to drive to.
The area is surrounded by beautiful farmland and is a lovely getaway spot for a relaxing lunch or evening.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 - 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you've completed the 5-day induction course we'll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (3,000 or 6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Punch Development Manager
