Our five-day Punch Progress induction course will ensure you're fully up-to-speed before you get started and from then on we'll provide ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (3,000 or 6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Operations Manager.
