Venue Manager- Leisure Industry - Enfield

• Salary: Up to 36K + bonus

I am looking for a venue manager to work for a leisure business at their centre in Enfield, North London.

We are looking for an outstanding manager who will be given the opportunity to take the team and business to new levels. You will ideally come with a hands on managerial background from health and fitness or commercial leisure (trampoline parks, bowling, 5 a side football, visitor attractions etc) where team development, customer service, operational excellence and health and safety are essential attributes.

Commercially astute you will drive revenue across multiple income streams including memberships, retail, hospitality and party bookings.

This is a hands on role where you will be customer facing, run duty management shifts, open and close and be required to work a variable shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
