Kids Kickboxing / Boxing Coach - Doha

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative instructors specialised in teaching Kickboxing, Boxing, & Functional Fitness Training for Kids, to lead group exercise classes and personal training's in our fitness centre OxFitness Lab. You will be able to enhance and develop your skills as a trainer in a position that will encourage innovation and creativity, whilst working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team. Trainers are encouraged to maintain a positive and professional demeanour whilst building strong professional relationships with clients to motivate and empower them to achieve their goals. 

• Deliver group classes and personal training
• Educate clients on safe techniques and guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Welcome and orientate new clients to the facility
• Instruct and adapt group classes to the ability level of the clients participating, providing modifications to increase or decrease intensity for individuals within a group class
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment organisation to a high standard
• Assist with marketing and promotion of the facility, largely through social media channels
• Promote sales and assist company growth, a large part of which is by representing the brand in a manner consistent with company guidelines and by providing  information

Experience

3 – 5 years of experience in a health and fitness facility with a minimum of 1 year instructing/coaching Kickboxing, Boxing, and Functional Training for kids.  

Education

Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology or exercise science required.

Preferred: Kids Education Specialized.

One or two third party nationally accredited certifications required, as well as current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) certification.
