If you are looking for a role that allows you to lead, inspire and develop an entire team, then this is the role for you! We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who works alongside the rest of the management team and has the drive to ensure their success and boost the morale of their entire restaurant team, who has inspirational leadership skills and puts great guest experiences as a top priority. You will learn how to manage operations via daily decision-making, constant team engagement and support, unique guest interaction, scheduling and planning. All the while upholding key brand standards, product quality and cleanliness.

Having already worked in a guest and team environment, your greatest asset will be your personality. You put the guest into every equation and think about the impact your decisions have on the business. You keep your focus on fantastic food quality and appearance, ticket times, and the fine details that define the overall guest experience to ensure every one of them leaves happy.

You guarantee that your team's training and development enable them to be the best they can be every time.
