This is a wide-ranging role that encompasses daily decision making, team support and management, planning, controlling productivity and managing the food margin. All of this delivered ensuring that Safety comes First and the team follow best practice at all times. One of your key roles will be to push your team to success in our Annual Food Fight competition. In order to be proved the best, you, and your team, will maintain impeccable food quality and cleanliness, purchasing, receiving and storing food products, minimising food waste and optimising food cost.

With openness and approachability, the role will require a leadership style to fit the needs of others, ensuring team members learn new skills, maximising their strengths and improving their weaker areas.  As a role model you will build a flexible team, responding to shifting or competing priorities and supporting change.
