In Room Dining Supervisor - London

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team at Bvlgari Hotel London. You will be pivotal to the success of our Food and Beverage offering. Our In Room Dining experience demands the expertise of exceptional professionals to deliver this vision.

Reporting directly to the In Room Dining Manager and working with another supervisor, you will be responsible for In Room Dining department team to deliver an authentic experience complemented by the flawless service of your team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift across all meal periods to maintain a high quality, professional and well organised service and ensure that all guests' needs are met. You will create and maintain a team environment by motivating and training to achieve the required standards to exceeding the guests' expectations.

The ability to demonstrate proven success in a leadership role, delivery of impeccable service and strong commercial acumen is essential for this position. To be successful in your application you will have already been an In Room Dining Supervisor or Assistant In Room Dining Manager or similar in a boutique 5 star deluxe hotel or destination restaurant.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
