We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Chef de Rang to join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Restaurant Maitre D, you will ensure smooth and efficient service of food and beverage in assigned section. You will maximize sales through the effective use of selling techniques and supervise Commis de Rang assigned to their section. You will have a passion for service excellence and detail. You create a connection between the foods, wines and really make the experience a memorable one for our guests. You will be impeccable in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be informal and genuine.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene.  You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
