The Role

As a lecturer at LCBT you will be responsible and accountable for managing a number of learners in the capacity of a lecturer, tutor and assessor. You are there to support and guide learners at all times, ensuring that learning is fun, interesting, relevant, challenging and appropriate, at the same time developing their English and maths skills based on their starting point and individual needs.

Desirable Skills

•  Relevant, successful experience of tutoring or facilitating learning.
• Recent and successful professional experience in the relevant area.
• Managing others or supervisory experience.
