Guest Service Assistant - The Z Hotel Soho, London

To assist in the smooth running of the hotel operation on a day-to-day basis.

Providing excellent guest service in all areas of the hotel, our Guest Service Assistants are required to respond to all guests’ needs and requests, delivering high levels of guest service, assisting in the Z Café as well as Reception. The shift pattern is 5 out of 7 days per week with 8.5-hour shifts, a combination of early and late arrangement.
