Interstate Hotels & Resorts are now looking for an Nights Reception Team Leader to join the team at Hotel Indigo Newcastle.

As our Nights Team Leader, you will support the Night Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Night operation and have full responsibility for co-ordinating and overseeing all hotel operations.

As a pivotal part of the Night team, you will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff within the hotel.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous supervisory experience within a similar role, preferable within the branded market. With a flair for hospitality, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

It goes without saying that you will be flexible, highly organised, and have the ability to manage teams at all levels.
