Conference and Banqueting Events Floor Manager - Luton
Luton Hoo Hotel Golf & Spa have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Conference and Banqueting Events Floor Manager to join our growing team.
This role is full time and requires full flexibility. The salary for this role is in the region of £22,000 plus service charge (approx. £2,000* per annum, *depended on sales) and annual bonus.

The Conference and Banqueting Events Floor Manager role:
The successful candidate will be energetic, passionate and ambitious with an extensive knowledge of C&B Operations. Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, the Banqueting Events Floor Manager will be assisting with the smooth running of the department on a day to day basis assisting in the setting up of all meeting rooms for functions and liaising with conference organisers/contacts as required during meetings and events. Conference & Banqueting Events Floor Manager will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.
The Conference and Banqueting Events Floor Manager will:
- Have a proven operational events management experience within a similar property.
- Have experience in dealing with events up to 300 people.
- Have experience in managing multiple events.
- Have experience managing large teams.
- Have a wide ranging food & wine knowledge.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Be driven, with a willingness to succeed.
Due to our location you will require your own transport
