Ho’ Ho’ Hollywood Bowl Christmas Temps!  ‘Tis the season to be seeking temporary helpers for our centre!..

As a Team Member for the Hollywood Bowl Group, you will be at the very centre of the customer’s journey as they celebrate in festivities! Whether you’re welcoming our customers at reception or hosting Christmas parties on the lanes; your professional and engaging customer service, along with your high energy and infectious enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable, excellent value-for-money experience with us this season!

It’s essential that you have high energy and lots of fun with team and customers as you:

• Welcome customers at reception, managing the booking system and taking calls
• Interact with our customers across the centre, making sure they’re enjoying themselves
• Enhance the customer's experience on the lanes, including offering food and drink service whilst they bowl
• Support the Kitchen team with taking orders and serving food in the Hollywood Diner
• Serving customers and preparing drinks at the Hollywood Bar
• Set up, host and ensure the smooth running of parties and celebration packages Extra Perks?
