37.5 hours pw Monday - Friday 07.30 - 15.30

We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic full time Front of House Supervisor based in Bristol to lead the front of house team at a bustling Contract. The ideal candidate should have great people skills, be excited about leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and show passion for working with fresh food and great coffee.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Lead the front of house team to deliver an exceptional service to our customers
• Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations
• Keep an eye on the budget so that profitability is sustained
• Be the face of Blue Apple by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the front of house areas at all times
• Recruit, coach and develop team members
• Build and maintain customer relationships to enable us to continually offer a service that meets their needs

Support the kitchen team with food preparation and other duties

To be successful you will need to demonstrate an affinity with our values and a passion for working in a fresh food environment. Previous catering or customer service experience is a must. Some experience of leading a small team would be useful, however, we will offer you training to fulfill your potential in this area. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
