Duty Manager - Etwall Leisure Centre

Reporting to: Business Manager

Salary: Up to £18,000 pro rata

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Duty Manager to lead on the operational management of Leisure Centre in Etwall Leisure Centre.

You will ensure the successful day to day operation of our venues through a clear process of focusing on people, safety, service and standards.  You will have experience in managing operational policies and procedures and will have proven experience of promoting a company culture that is focused on great customer service.

Within such a competitive market we are looking for a strong confident manager,  who thrives on challenge, believes in being the best and is relentless in seeking a solution through fresh innovative ideas.  A passion for customer service is essential and as is a desire to coach this through your team. 

In a 7 day a week business, flexibility is also crucial.  We need you to be here when we are busiest, so you will need to be able work a variety of times during the day, evening and weekends.

Active Nation South Derbyshire consists of Green Bank Leisure Centre which includes a variety of facilities including 25 meter swimming pools, teaching pool, fitness suite, group exercise studios, spin studios, sports halls, 3G pitches and sauna.
