E-Learning Design Team Leader 

The purpose of this role is to provide and manage creative e-learning solutions for all H&B International divisions, delivering high quality instructional e-design across multiple business channels. From receiving initial project requests the role will ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines and adaptable to the needs of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of e-learning design output across all divisions and channels
  • Take responsibility for direct report performance, development and delivery of their responsibilities
  • Effective self-management of work flow to meet business deadlines
  • Deliver consistency through application of e-learning design making use of contemporary andragogy principles
  • Think creatively to produce solutions, new ideas and concepts using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
  • Work closely with SME to ensure correct and succinct scoping and deliver to exceed
  • Able to lead team against production deadlinesAcute attention to detail

  • Ability to engage with colleagues at all levels including Executive Management
  • Must be fully competent in Articulate 360

  • Understanding of e-learning authoring
