Food and Beverage Manager - Mercure Bristol North The Grange, Bristol

The ideal Food and Beverage Manager must have extensive previous hotel experience in Event Service, Restaurant and Bar.

As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments including Restaurant, Bar, Events and Conferences. You will be responsible for staff training and development, ensuring high levels of customer service are provided and achieved at all times.

Within this hands-on position, you will always strive to achieve the best quality standards in all F&B departments; manage all costs control, Health & Safety, and the daily operation.

The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have experience in devising and implementing a marketing strategy in order to promote and maximise revenue within the Hotel restaurant and other F&B outlets.

To succeed, you should have strong leadership qualities, be highly organised, a good communicator and have demonstrable experience in motivating a team to meet set Company targets.

Previous experience within a busy fast-paced similar job role is essential such as: Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Duty Manager, Banquet Manager, Banqueting, Silver Service, Events Manager, Conference and Banqueting Operations Manager.
