Delighted to be exclusively supporting this stunning and historic Spa property.  We are looking for someone who has experience in managing a club element but also has experience in managing therapists, ideally from a treatment background.

As part of your role you will be managing the Spa and leisure facilities in a professional and profitable manner promoting and selling the Spa concept, membership and all other services.  Be passionate about generating a high degree of motivation, energy, enthusiasm and teamwork within the department whilst maintaining consistent high levels of performance.

Our expert team will run through the role in more detail but we have noted below a brief overview of your day to day.

• Ownership in producing an accurate breakdown of all spa reports and profit margins
• Control, Manage and adjust all stock inventory within agreed monthly
• Manage and control Department expenditure within agreed budgets
• Be passionate in initiating and developing special events to increase public interest gaining maximum attendance and profile awareness.
• Take ownership and ensure that all areas of the Spa run smoothly and effectively
• Deal with customer queries and complaints with confidence and to ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• To be confident and conversant with every treatment, product and facility in the Spa
• Identify training and development needs for all staff members
• Complete all staff appraisals, managing and develop the team with guidance from the HR Department and Spa Director.
