About The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced F&B manager. A passion for wine, food and cocktails is a must. Barista experience is also welcomed. 

About The Role 

The deli manager will lead our dynamic deli space at the entrance of Mare Street Market. A bustling daytime/lunch space, with freshly prepared deli food featuring seasonal salads and handmade sandwiches through to an intimate evening bar setting, serving a range of natural, organic, bio-dynamic, new world as well old world wines alongside small plates and snacks, artisanal cheese and meats. On busier weekend nights, the space becomes a lively cocktail bar that focuses on classics. The deli manager will also be responsible for rotational stocking of our bottle shop shelves so an eye for effective visual merchandising is a desirable trait.

This is an exceptional role for those in F&B that enjoy building exciting drink lists, working with seasonal food in a more intimate customer setting amongst the vibrant buzz of Mare Street Market.
