As receptionist you will promote the image of our Leisure Centre and the company by the provision of outstanding quality customer care and service making you our most important role within our company.

Within the role of receptionist you will meet and greet all members with a smile and a professional, helpful and approachable manner.Working both within a wider team and alone you will possess excellent communication and customer service skills acting as first point of contact for all our members. Within your role you will deal with all written, telephone & verbal enquiries politely & promptly knowing exactly where to find the answer.

Responsibilities within the receptionist role will include:

• Maintaining general appearance, tidiness & presentation of the reception desk.
• Actively sell all activities, memberships, courses & other products within the centre.
• Have exceptional knowledge of the services & facilities that we offer.

Working in a busy fast paced environment is desirable but not essential. You must be confident and able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude towards work.
