As our Talent & Development Manager, you will be supporting our hotel colleagues and being part of the HR team, driving a learning & creative culture through blended learning and, where managers take ownership and responsibility for their departments and teams in relation to, skills training, learning and development and overall performance of service excellence.

You will be lead new project work relating to culture, values and new learning initiatives to support the hotel’s 5-Star standards based on LQA & AA criteria; you will coach, mentor and support our in-house trainers.

You will manage and grow our successful Royal Lancaster Academy for apprenticeships and develop a succession within the hotel through our quarterly reviews & discussions with key stakeholders; whilst being responsible for the annual L&D budget.
