WHERE:We will match you to a recruitment day based on your home location

TIME: Our recruitment days enable to allow you a taster of the course that you have expressed an interest in please allow at least 3 hours for your visit.

Swimming Teacher Level 1 courses would normally cost you around £330, but we are offering opportunities for funded training where we will cover all or part of your qualification

*T&C’s will apply but all will be fully explained at the Recruitment Day

To be considered for one of the course places you will need to be at least 16 years of age and willing and able to commit to working 6 hours per week for Fusion Lifestyle. You will also need to have the ability to swim proficiently, have a can-do and engaging demeanour, and a passion to want to become a Swimming Teacher.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY: Participants who attend the Swimming Teacher Recruitment Day will be expected to take part in a swimming test. You will also take part in some group activities and a one-to-one, competency based interview. Please remember to bring your swimming kit with you or you won’t be able to take part!

Applicants who gain a 'conditional' job offer will be required to undertake appropriate checks and referencing before commencing employment. If the role you have been offered requires you to work with children or vulnerable adults or in an environment that deems necessary, the hiring manager will inform you if a DBS is applicable. If a DBS is undertaken your offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
