We are looking for an Events Supervisor to join our friendly 5* team to support with the coordination of all AllBright events, liaising with the operations & events team as well as the guest/member to ensure smooth delivery.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Attending BEO/Event meetings
  • Asking the right questions to the events team
  • Well organized in advance for events
  • Following/Creating SOPs for event execution
  • Clear communication to kitchen and operations team for order/timeline of event
  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and event room, moving furniture, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking up, etc.
  • Liaise with client on the day of the event, ensuring total guest satisfaction from preparation of event until the guest leaves
  • Clear communication between event sales team and operations team, ensuring staff are working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met
  • Able to handle last minute changes to meet guest needs
  • Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems
  • Financials: accurately account for items consumed/close bills to correct accounts
  • Ensuring we have the proper stock, equipment to execute events
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests

This role is physically demanding and will involve the moving of furniture and moving up and down flights of stairs as our club is over 5 floors.

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum.

This role is full time – hours are 37.5hrs per week, between Monday to Saturday – must be flexible for early and late shifts.
