Moor Hall Hotel is a four-star, country house hotel with 83 bedrooms, two restaurants including a 2AA Rosette restaurant, a bar & terrace, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa, situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

As Bar Supervisor you will assist in the day to day running of the hotel bar and terrace ensuring all of our guests receive exceptional service at all times.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to your work. You will be able to lead a team by example and motivate people to exceed our customer expectations and improve our sales. A professional approach and warm welcoming personality is essential to develop relationships with our loyal customers and broaden our customer base.

You will have experience of working in a hotel bar in a similar property. Previous supervisory experience would be ideal but not essential but you must have the ability to lead a team.
