Pub Viewing Event - Hartlepool, Durham

A Viewing Day is your opportunity to visit the pub in situ that you are you are interested in and meet the Operations Manger to find out all the specifics of the property.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Take a full tour including the main pub area, accommodation and catering facilities
• Find out about any refurbishment plans
• Ask about any additional information for the pub e.g. ingoing’s, agreements, timescales etc

Afterwards we will sit down together and discuss the business in detail and you can ask any questions you have regarding the property.
