As part of the Kitchen team at 11 Cadogan Gardens, you are the reason that our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Commis Chefs work as part of a team to help our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations from breakfast right through dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return. 

What Will You Be Doing?

Our Commis Chef's assist in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under the supervision of the Sous Chef/Chef de Partie.

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of a Commis Chef at 11 Cadogan Gardens:

• To take pride in high standards of specified work which include breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service & private dining;
• To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility;
• To be passionate about serving the highest possible quality and ensuring this is maintained;
• To continuously meet agreed standards for food preparation and presentation, under guidance from a senior Chef;
