Female Head Coach / Personal Trainer Wanted!

Are you a natural team leader? Do you have experience managing a fitness team? If so, this female gym is looking at hiring you to head one of our facilities!

We are a female functional training facility and at present we have a couple of locations in Kuwait. Due to the success of our second location, we are looking to employ a qualified head coach (female) to lead our dynamic team at our third location!! Our training facility is not only stylish but kitted out with the latest in functional equipment. We run intense HIIT workouts, circuit training, functional training, zumba, yoga, pilates classes and of course personal training sessions to our high-end clientele. Thus potential candidates should also ideally be certified personal training instructors who can comfortably teach/ instruct/ coach either on a one-to-one level or in a group setting, are fluent in English, vibrant, bubbly and interested in helping clients change their lives for the better!

You'll be working on an 8 hour shift, 6 days a week managing the day to day runnings of your fitness team (rotas, group class schedules, dispersing clients to trainers, etc) and teaching a couple classes. The rest will be personal training where you will make extra revenue as we've in place a generous commission structure for you. 

As remuneration for your 2 year contract, you'll receive:

Please note that candidates should also ideally have a Bachelors Degree (fitness related not necessary) on top of their certifications. The reason for this is to help expedite your work visa.

Successful candidates will be shortlisted for a Skype/ Whatsapp video interview and will be requested to submit 3 work references as well as videos of your training yourself and/or your clients.
