All our dishes are skilfully prepared using fresh ingredients and we have a choice of modern dishes to suit the whole family. Guests can also wind down and relax before their flight with a drink at Harriet's bar, where the hotel offers an extensive selection of beverages and a light-bites snack menu. The hotel also offers 8 conference rooms catering for between 8 to 90 delegates.

We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Head Chef on to the team. You will be required to plan menu, order stock, prepare and cook food, follow hygiene practices and day to day manage kitchen.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team. You will need to hold a valid Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent). You will be required to work 40 hours per week plus overtime.
