The role is on a permanent basis: & £25-30,000 PA plus bonus

This is a newly created stand-alone role so it will suit a self-motivated and experienced individual.

You will be approachable and a great listener, open and friendly, enthusiastic with impressive communication and rapport building skills and with a well-rounded marketing background.

The right candidate will love being hands on and have a small company ethos - with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.

Summary of duties

Analyse sales data to gain an understanding of the performance of social and direct mail.

Creation of content and successful execution of social and digital media campaigns

Knowledge of email and SMS marketing, PPC and affiliate marketing, Mail Chimp, Word Press

Competitor analysis: research competition, local opportunities, existing strengths and weaknesses

Ownership of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest) utilising these to drive engagement and sales

Be a key player in the marketing and launch of new fitness products, taking a lead in driving the right level of hype and enthusiasm both internally and externally

Develop, implement and manage an innovative marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance of all marketing channels and campaigns to recommend and drive changes within future campaign.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience, preferably with a background in fitness or a retail environment.

Degree background in marketing or a related area is a bonus.

High-level commercial awareness.

Proven track record of improving leads and sales through local outdoor marketing and digital channels.

Role is based in West Hampstead , London at our HQ/Gymshoffice  and will include travelling to other sites on an ad hoc basis.

Strong understanding of social media as it pertains to marketing and advertising.

Broad skill set including budget management with excellent numeracy, computer and analytical skills.

Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
