The Role

It is your responsibility to set the tone for the member experience at Snap Fitness Belvedere as you are the first point of contact: we want positive energy, enthusiasm and a dedication to customer service. We are looking for a proactive person who will go above and beyond to look after the best interests of the club, our members and guests.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the fitness industry, excellent communication skills, basic knowledge with computer skills, and be responsible for the overall member experience, ensuring that all visitors to the club are welcomed and have a great visit every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all members and guests to the club and creating a welcoming and friendly environment
• Know the Club: Equipment, Timetable, Instructors, Pricing and Promotions
• Create a rapport with our members
• Respond to enquiries via email, phone and in person in a timely manner
• Sales Outreach e.g. Social Media
• Reporting maintenance requirements if you are unable to fix an issue
• Opening and Closing the club
