Store Manager - Westfield, London

Due to our continuing growth in London, we are looking for an energetic Store Manager and Assistant Manager to join the SOHO family and share their knowledge and passion for coffee in our wonderful Brew Bar in the heart of Westfield in Shepherds Bush.

Our store management are vital to driving the success of our stores and the SOHO brand; they create and maintain an exceptional environment for their store to work in and for our customers to visit time and time again. They consistently go above and beyond with their customer service and inject enthusiasm into all that they do, with passion for our delicious food and triple-certified coffee.

Accountable for sales targets and championing their team to ensure SOHO brand standards and high product quality are met and delivered every time, they are strong leaders of our in-store teams by constantly encouraging their Store Supervisors and Team Members to be successful, through close support and development.

Hours & Pay

• Full Time; 45 Hours Per Week
• Shifts between 07:00-23:00 Monday-Saturday and 10:00-19:00 Sunday
• Salary for both positions is depending on experience
• 28 Days Holiday per year, with increase after 5 years’ service
