As our Sales Executive, you will:
- Assist the Director of Sales in all areas of proactive sales activities, driving sales & achieving set revenue targets.
- Deliver and grow revenue to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Identify and generate own leads through your own research that identifies potential customers.
- Deliver creative presentations, client events and proposals that differentiate Village in a professional manner
- Maintain high visibility in local/regional community including attendance at key networking events
- Organise and conduct client events and familiarisation trips
- Use market share intelligence to identify new opportunities
- Meet and exceed client expectations in terms of support, quality and service
- Gain knowledge on competitors by implementing and disseminate

- Will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations.
- You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards.
- Should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards.
- Should have a warm, personable nature and a can do attitude, and not be afraid of getting yourself ‘out there’ in the local area.
- Be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
- Must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service through your team.
