Maintenance Manager - Ashford, Kent

Full time | £23,000 - £25,000

We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager at our Kingswood centre at Ashford. The role will involves undertaking semi-skilled general maintenance duties in a professional and timely manner whilst delivering good customer service at all times. You would be leading and managing the maintenance assistants, workload and budget in line with the requirements of general manager. The maintenance manager will ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times and adhere to the companies SOP's are complied with .

About you

The successful candidate will have experience in basic maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. They will be will be willing to learn new skills, have a positive attitude and a flexible approach. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable.
