What we need in a nutshell

We need someone who will manage the day to day operation of our pool. To recruit, retain and engage a hardworking team. Overseeing all aspects of the operation ensuring guests receive a Market Leading level of service, whilst delivering our core values of being Amazing, Attentive Lovers. 

Some of the background

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

What you’ll be doing

Your work will include:

• Manage the day to day operation of the pool
• To deal with guests queries 
• To deliver sustainable profitable growth in line with budget
• To recruit, retian and manage a team, reward and recognise excellence within the team by promoting 'Holiday Hero's'
• To follow Pool Safety Operating Procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We will train you, but you’ll need to have the following skills and experience to apply for this role:

• RLSS NPLQ
• First Aid work
• Pool plant operators Certificate
• GCSE English and Maths, ICT Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in managing a large team in a leisure environment

Add in the ability to think for yourself and be proactive, great people skills, unfailing enthusiasm and extremely high standards of customer service - if you’ve got all that, you’re in the running.
