We are looking for a cheery and professional individual to assist our owners and guests at our prestigious and exclusive holiday resort. We expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional person to be welcoming, practical and knowledgeable.

You will report to the Spa Manager and be involved in a wide range of activities including, handling guest queries, making reservations, managing the therapists bookings, ordering stock, maintaining the standards of the spa, whilst providing 5 * customer service.

The Resort itself has resently undergone some fantastic improvements to its facilities and now boats a stunning indoor pool, complete with flumes and cafe, as well as the newly opened Sirona Spa. 

Our ideal Spa Reception Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

- Relevant reception or spa experience

- Suitable supervisory experience, used to leading a team

- Confident people manager 

- Positive attitude, with an eye for detail

- Solutions focused

- Confident telephone manner as well as good written English and computer skills

- Offer exceptional customer service

- Ability to work on your own initiative and to learn new processes and systems quickly

-  A flexible approach to working including weekends and public holidays is essential

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Sirona Spa is open daily between 0900 - 2100, eight hour shifts will fall between these hours. Position available for an immediate start.
