Full Time (up to 39 hours p/w) - 18 month contract

£12,553 - £15,616 per annum (Dependent on age)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing operations department, to support, enhance and deliver the day to day services of our Leisure facilities. Working as part of a team, it is the responsibility of the leisure team member to undertake a range of operational duties such as;

• Assisting with opening and closing of the facility
• Undertaking routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and environment
• Assist with the safe set up of equipment for customers use
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

You will report to the Duty Manager and will typically cover a seven day week on a rota basis resulting in shifts that may include weekends, early mornings, evenings and public holidays.

Alongside your operational duties there are five key areas of work Leisure team members will cover, for which training is provided as part of your Apprenticeship;

• Leisure & Fitness Operations
• Lifeguard duties
• Swimming teaching duties
• Gym Interactions
• Leading group activities
