The View Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our brigade. To be considered as Chef De Partie, you’ll have a few years’ experience already working as a CDP or maybe you’re a Commis Chef looking for that next role. You’ll be passionate about cooking in a kitchen that has flair & personality.  Cooking skills and product knowledge are massively important, but our best chefs are also consistent, reliable, willing to learn and adapt to different ways of working.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Chef De Partie with a willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. We are a busy hotel serving food all day every day. Our lunch trade is especially busy Monday-Sunday in our Vista Bar Café. Our Sunday Carvery lunch is also a speciality.

As Chef De Partie you’ll work a minimum of 32-40hrs per week over 4/5 days. This is based on a permanent 32hr annualised contract. This role is being
