At The Club and Spa Birmingham, we are looking for an reservationist to join our team in our bookings department

This is an exciting opportunity for someone already working, or looking to join the spa industry

Job Description

To work within our reservations team, the key responsibility will be answering calls promptly and efficiently, in order to make spa bookings and appointments. A follow up process will then be followed to make sure all our spa bookings are confirmed and our guest is on the right journey

Full system training is provided, knowledge of the spa industry is preferred however not essential
