Conference and Events Attendant (C&E) - Mercure London Watford, Watford

Conferences and Events are key to our business and therefore as C&E Attendant your role is vital in ensuring that rooms are set up and equipped correctly for the organiser's specific meeting / conference / event in accordance with guest requirements and in line with the Company standards.

The role is varied, serving refreshments to guests during the metings / conferences / events at the time specified by the guest and ensure that these are to a high standard. The role involves responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner and maximising sales opportunities at every turn.

To succeed in this role you will have a great eye for detail and passion to deliver excellent customer service.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
